Functions:
1. Automatic Digital Voltage Stabilization: This embedded function can effectively reduce the feeding speed variety caused by mains voltage fluctuation, as well as the beat effect caused by AC.
2. Soft-Startup: Output voltage increases from 0 to the preset value gradually when startup. This feature enables users to turn the vibrators on gently, and this ramped on-cycle helps reduce parts from falling off. It also reduces damage by eliminating the jolt the vibratory units experiences each time the unit is turned on.
3. Soft-Startup Adjustable: The time-period of the ramped on-cycle that soft-startup takes can be set digitally and accurately.
4. Max Output Restrictable: Restriction of the maximum output voltage is variable; this helps vibrator producers protect their products against end usersĄŻ incorrect operations.
5. Remote Speed Control: The output voltage can be controlled directly via external potentiometers, PLC or voltage signal ranging from 1V to 5V.
6. Overheat Protection: The controller will shut off the output to avoid further damage when its temperature gets too high.
7. Over-Current Protection: The controller will shut off the output when its working current exceeds the rated current to avoid further damage.
8. Short Circuit Protection: The controller will shut off the output immediately when an output short circuit occurs, until the controller is reset.
9. Auto Stop on Workpieces-Full(abbr. ASWF): The auto stop on workpieces-full function is realized with NPN type sensors, and enhanced by adjustable soft-startup, on-delay, off-delay, logic relationships, etc.
10.Intelligent Photo Optic Sensors(IPO sensors): Both the auto stop on workpieces-full and auto stop on workpieces-none functions are realized with self adapting IPO sensors, and enhanced by adjustable soft-startup, on-delay, off-delay, and logic relationships, etc.
11.Linear Output: Specially optimized CPU program ensures the linearity of output-voltage-knob's graduation. The output voltage varies exactly linearly when the knob is rotated.
12.RS485 Networking: The controllers can communicate with DCS, PLC or computers via RS485 connection, and set up automation and control networks with them.
13.Digital Control: All parameters are set digitally.
14.Frequency Variable: The output frequency is variable continuously and can be set accurately by users.
15.Sensitive-Touch Power Switch: A sensitive-touch film button is designed on the panel for convenient power on or off.
16.Keyboard Locker: All keys can be locked at any time to avoid misoperation by pressing down the sensitive-touch output switch for 2 seconds.
17.Control-Out: On/Off control signal is sent out via transistors, which can be used to control external devices like valves, etc, so as for working with the controller itself.
18.Default Restorable: Users can restore all the parameters to factory default by using this function; this sets the controller back to factory default.
